CANN & Co. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns/Refund Policy:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route.

During COVID-19, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm noon CST will be picked and packed the following business day.  Once shipping operations normalize, orders will revert back to shipping within 24 hours Monday-Friday.  Please note, we do not ship on weekends. All orders received after 4pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

We offer Free Standard Shipping –> which is a Ground Shipping Option (USPS First Class & Priority, UPS Ground) valued at over $5.00.  Orders and Free 2-Day Shipping to qualifying zip codes.  which is valued at $10.00+.  Average transit time for standard shipping is 4-7 business days from the day the shipment leaves the fulfillment center.  Shipments may take a bit longer during COVID-19 and holidays.  We will be shipping to Canada and the European Union soon.

Damage During Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously.  All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.  All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Once an order is placed, it is shipped within 24 hours.   After the order has shipped, the customer must follow the returns/refunds policy.


We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for those items 50% or less consumed.  Sale items are not eligible for returns.

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.  In the body of your email please include the following:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Date of Purchase
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return

After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with return instructions and a shipping label.  A shipping label is required before you can ship the item to us.

When preparing the return and in order to avoid a lengthy delay, please include the following:

  • Original invoice
  • Return approval email

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.  Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.
