CANN & Co. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns/Refund Policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. All orders received after 4pm EST will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

We offer a Standard Shipping option which is a flat rate fee of $5 — and Standard Shipping is Free for all orders over $75.  Average transit time for standard shipping is 4-7 business days. As a convenience to you, we offer a 2-Day Shipping option which is fully borne by the customer, however, rest assured we have negotiated for the best rates possible.

Shipments may take longer during holidays. No international shipping is available at this time.

Damage During Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Please contact us at support@cannandco.net and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is shipped within 24 hours. After the order has shipped, the customer must follow the returns/refunds policy.

Returns/Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy (not honored for products 25% or more consumed). Sale items are not eligible for returns.

To return an item, please email us at support@cannandco.net with your order number in the subject line. In the body of your email please include the following:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Date of Purchase
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return

After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with return instructions and a shipping label. A shipping label is required before you can ship the item to us.

When preparing the return, please include the following:

  • Original invoice
  • Return approval email

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.

We do not offer exchanges.
