CANN & Co. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns/Refund Policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. All orders received after 5pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Free Standard (Ground) Shipping is offered on all orders over $75 via USPS. Shipments can take 1-10 business days, depending on location.

Express shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Charges are based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipments may take longer during holidays. No international shipping is available at this time.

Damage During Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Please contact us at support@cannandco.net and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is shipped within 24 hours. After the order has shipped, the customer must follow the returns/refunds policy.

Returns/Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For a full refund, items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to support@cannandco.net. In your note please include the following:

  • Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return

After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with return instructions and a shipping address. All returns must be approved before you can ship the item to us.

When preparing the return, please include the following:

  • Original invoice
  • Return approval email

Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our warehouse. Once you have shipped your product back to us – please email the tracking number to support@cannandco.net so we can keep an eye out for it.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.

We do not offer exchanges.
